Using the tool - Basics

1. Click numbers then press the button for the data field you wish to update. For example, enter "2.0" then press the FREQ button to specify the desired frequency in Megahertz.
2. Specify the source resistance RS and the load resistance RL in ohms.
3. Select the desired filter configuration: PI network, L type network or LCC type network. A picture of the configuration appears at the bottom of the page.
4. Select a value of Q (somewhat indicative of the bandwidth = F/Q).
5. A report at the bottom of the page summarizes the analysis.
