Using the tool - Basics

1. Click numbers then press the button for the data field you wish to update. For example, enter "2.0" then press the F button to specify the desired frequency in Megahertz.
2. You can either specify a specific power radiated from a source or specify a current loop with IAC rms value and area of the loop in cm**2.
3. If the circuit is in a shielding enclosure (box), set the Box Shield checkbox. If there are any openings, specify the longest dimension of the opening.
4. For multiple EMI sources or multiple box openings, use the corresponding "++" button to accumulate the information.
5. A report at the bottom of the page summarizes the current analysis. Use the CLEARALL button to clearout any accumulated data.
